Roy Williamson, born Roy Murdoch Buchanan Williamson, was a Scottish folk musician who was part of a band called "The Corries". In the 1960s, he wrote and composed a de facto national anthem of Scotland called "Flower of Scotland".

He also played rugby for the Edinburgh Wanderers in his early days. He passed away from brain cancer in Forres, Morayshire, aged 54.
