"Valdostan Mountains" is the regional anthem of Aosta Valley (Vallée d'Aoste), an autonomous region in north-western Italy which used to be part of France. Originally entitled "Tyrolienne des Pyrénées", it was created by the French composer Alfred Roland in 1832. Lyrics were later adapted for the Aosta Valley by poet and composer Flaminie Porté, while the music was adapted by Teresio Colombotto. It was officially adopted in 2006. The anthem is sung in French.
