In the desert night's storm

The moon sines on the running camels Flying clouds where Genghis Khan rode...

Once upon a time, Now has the color of a sad sky The moon shines on a black-haired, Round eyed Mongolian woman looking Through a window Where the salt lake shines white beyond The meadows of Hulunbuir There are bloods down rising from the horizon, The moon sets in the waves of the dessert But they know the heart of the young man They read the word And wait for the morning.
