The Anthem of Autonomia is the designated regional anthem of the South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region, one of two autonomous regions in Nicaragua, with a population of over 420,000 inhabitants—most of whom are Afro-Caribbean immigrants and mestizos. The capital is Bluefields. Bordering the Caribbean Sea, it contains part of the region known as the Mosquito Coast.
