The "Abdülhamid March" (tr. Hamidiye Marşı) was the fourth imperial anthem of the Ottoman Empire, used between 1876 and 1909. In 1876, Sultan Abdul Hamid II ordered Nejip Pasha to compose the song, and Haji Emin Bey to create a melody for the song. This is the first Ottoman hymn with lyrics.[1]
