Enkr Mana Elst, is the municipal anthem of Elista, the capital city of Kalmykia. It was written by V. Khantakhanova and V. Chongonova. The music was composed by Arkadiy Mandzhiyev, who also composed the music for the State Anthem of the Republic of Kalmykia.
