"Así Es Nuevo México" is the official Spanish state song of New Mexico, adopted in 1971. It was created by Amadeo Lucero a decade prior. There are other state songs representing the state, such as "O Fair New Mexico" (the official English-language state song) and "New Mexico – Mi Lindo Nuevo México" (the official bilingual state song).
