The Anthem of Arkhangelsk Oblast is the regional anthem used for Arkhangelsk Oblast, in northwestern Russia. The anthem was approved by the Arkhangelsk Regional Assembly on 31 October 2007, and author of the lyrics and composer of the anthem's music is Nina Konstantinovna Meshko.[1][2][3]

And the Russian Navy's homeland
Our Arkhangelsk home became.
'Tis the homeland
Of Lomonosov the Great;
The world he enlightened,
The tales of old
And mysteries of the world
Into the creation of science he transformed.
Our land by the sea
Always in motion and strong,
Able to beat the hazards that come!
Outer space, nature's treasures,
And depths of the sea —
All conquerable by man!
